1. Booking & Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit paid online via PayPal. The remaining balance (80%) is due directly to your guide on the first day of the trek. All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and may be displayed in EUR or USD for reference only, based on current exchange rates.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified by email to [contact@lo-adventures.com].

Refunds are processed via PayPal within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that PayPal processing fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
3. Travel Insurance
Participation in our trekking programs requires valid travel insurance. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage before departure, including but not limited to:
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Personal liability
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
Lo Adventures accepts no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the trek. Trekking in mountain environments involves inherent risks that clients accept upon booking.
4. Health & Physical Fitness
Clients confirm they are in good physical health and fit for the chosen trekking program. It is the client’s responsibility to consult a medical professional if in doubt. Lo Adventures reserves the right to exclude any participant deemed unfit to continue safely.
5. Responsibility
Our guides are experienced professionals who will do their best to ensure your safety and comfort. However, Lo Adventures cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or personal accidents.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and will never be shared with third parties.
